Dusted was founded when Owner and Chief Specialist, Megan Cooper, realized she wasn’t meant to sit behind a desk creating spreadsheets—she needed work that allowed her to connect with people on her own terms. A natural entrepreneur, Megan brought together her years of experience in Property Management and Nonprofit work with families and elderly individuals across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. With a sharp eye for detail, a gift for organization, and a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, she set out to create more than just a service—but a source of support. Today, Dusted reflects her values: hard work, empathy, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel at ease in their space.
